Who We Are
We are a family-owned, design-forward remodeling firm based in Tampa, serving its nearby communities. We focus on high-end bathroom renovations, kitchen remodels, outdoor kitchens, and tailored projects for design-minded clients. The aim is simple: for each project to feel less like a renovation, and more like a composed chapter in the life of the home.
Jesus Alonso, Founder
Our Story
Jesus Alonso is a third-generation craftsman and problem-solver with a creative, detail-oriented personality and an eye for design. With a decade of professional design and commercial construction experience, Alonso’s passion for his craft began on the ground floor of his father’s & grandfather’s construction sites.
After spending years with an engineering design & construction management company in Tampa, Alonso was eager to trade his corporate job for the opportunity to work with his hands. Enter: Square Stone.
Today, Jesus is Square Stone: creator of elegant interior spaces, craftsman & proud tradesmith.
May Alonso combines a background in corporate leadership with a sharp, natural eye for design, bringing both structure and creativity to
Square Stone.
Over the years, she has been the steady hand behind many of our projects, shaping them from early concept through completion with a clear point of view and a calm, organized approach.
May’s experience spans strategy, client communication, and design direction, which means she knows how to translate big ideas into rooms that feel honest, composed, and genuinely livable.
She leads with intention, guiding design and project management, so every client experience feels personal, clear, and confidently executed.
